Dunedin Palms Motel has 26 new units varying from studio to one and two bedroom units. All studio units have kitchenettes, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. All 1 and 2 bedroom units have flat screen TV in each bedroom and lounge,DVD, kitchen facilities,most with hobbs,all with micowave ovens, pots, toaster, kettle, with a 2 bedroom having dishwasher, oven and ceramic hobs. When you sit outside on the top floor upstairs balcony relaxing with a glass of wine a beautiful cooked or continental breakfast or your complimentary newspaper while looking over views to the city and sea and surrounding area.

When travelling to Dunedin from South by car, follow motorway down one way on Crawford St, Turn left at Jetty St, cross to Manse St, left to High Street, where you will see Dunedin Palms Motel Sign on your left. Coming from North, travel down one way system (Cumberland St), changes to Castle St, then turn right to Rattray St,turn left at Manse St, then Right at High St, you will see Dunedin Palms Motel sign on Left Hand Side.
