NEW Feb 2009, QUIET, Dunedin Palms Motel is ideally situated in Central City location, a short walk to City Centre ,restaurants, bars, casino, Speights Ale House, New Chinese Gardens, railway station, and easily accessible to the cities many attractions.

Dunedin Palms Motel has 26 new units varying from cosy well appointed studios to spacious one and two bedroom units. All studio units have kitchenettes, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. All 1 and 2 bedroom units have flat screen TV in each bedroom and lounge,DVD, kitchen facilities,most with hobbs,all with micowave ovens, pots, toaster, kettle, with a 2 bedroom unit you have all of the above plus a dishwasher, and ceramic hobs. When travelling to Dunedin from South by car, follow motorway down one way on Crawford St, Turn left at Jetty St, cross to Manse St, left to High Street, where you will see Dunedin Palms Motel Sign on your left.

Coming from North, travel down one way system (Cumberland St), changes to Castle St, then turn right to Rattray St,turn left at Manse St, then Right at High St, you will see Dunedin Palms Motel sign on Left Hand Side.
