The centre is a purpose built residential conference facility, nestled in Eastern Park Gardens. During November, December '09 and January '10 there will be renovations occurring in the Waratah Accommodation wing. Sleep soundly in the peaceful surroundings of the gardens, and wake up to the delightful sounds of native birds. With 42 hotel-style rooms plus 3 self-contained suites and 1 self-contained two-storey apartment, serviced daily. • 28 twin share hotel-style rooms • 11 double hotel-style rooms • 3 queen size hotel-style rooms • 3 self-contained suites each catering for up to four adults • 1 two-storey apartment catering for up to eight adults. Each room has a garden view along with ensuite bathroom, and the usual amenities. A retreat environment with heated outdoor pool & spa, a fitness centre, a games room consisting of billards & table tennis, topped off with a relaxing lounge area and a guest laundry. Full catering facilities are available, with packages to suit your budget and dietary requirements. Our cafe operates from Monday to Friday and selected times over the weekends, or you can stroll down to the many restaurants and cafes on Geelong's waterfront. East Geelong Golf Course and Geelong Botanic Gardens is right next door. Access to walking tracks, cricket, soccer and tennis facilities within the park is also available. Geelong Conference Centre is able to offer group discounted tickets to the theatre,movies and some local restaurants. |

The spacious venue boasts plenty of natural light and pleasant garden outlooks, providing a tranquil environment for your next conference or event.Facilities cater for the small to medium meeting market, but can just as easy accommodate a conference of up to 200 guests,trade show or exhibition. The foyer/lounge area, which overlooks the pool and gardens is perfect for breakfast or lunch meetings, wth a seating capacity of up to 200. Our all inclusive packages include complete audio visual and catering, so there is no hidden charges. |

| Getting There |
From Melbourne, travel along the Princes Highway for approximately 80 km. Taking Route No. C123, follow the signs, blue reminder signs are located near Geelong High School and on approach to Eastern Park Gardens. Turn left from Ryrie Street into Holt Road, then first left into Adams Court. Alternatively, turn left from Princes Hwy into Bell Parade and take the scenic route to Geelong Botanic Gardens and follow the blue signs around the park. The Geelong Conference Centre is adjacent to the East Geelong Golf Course & the Geelong Botanic Gardens and just a short stroll from the revamped Geelong Waterfront precinct. Shuttle bus from the Geelong railway station to Eastern Park is available during summer and major events. |
