Auckland Phoenix Palm is situated on a quiet street away from the main road and traffic. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the bus/train station, Ellerslie Racecourse and Convention Centre, Ascot Private Hospital with A&E Centre and Pharmacy, Remuera's Elite Cafes/Restaurants, Remuera Public Library, Ascot park, shopping Arena. 3.5km drive to Broadway, Newmarket shopping centre, cafés, restaurants, an Olympic-sized pool, as well as a gymnasium. 5km drive to the heart of Auckland City, Sky City, University of Auckland, Aotea square, Viaduct waterfront, Restaurants, shops. We have 10 spacious studio units which sleeps up to 3 persons equipped with a double and single bed, 4 1-bedroom unit which sleeps up to 5 people with a double and 2-3 single beds. All units are at ground levels (no steps to climb). For those who enjoy self catering, all units have kitchen facilities that include stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, utensils and cutleries. Parking is available in front of each unit. |
