Formule 1 Melbourne Airport has 73 Rooms to suit all. All rooms are air conditioned with colour TV and private ensuite bathroom. New release blockbuster movies are also available for $10.00 with 4 channels for a 24hr period. Accessible dining is available within a 5 minute walk of the Hotel. Located directly next door to McDonalds Family Restaurant. Transport to Melbourne City is available from the Airport Terminals. Continental Buffet Breakfast available at $7.00 per person from 7am - 09:30am Monday to Saturday. last sitting 09:15 . Sundays from 7am - 10:00am last sitting 09:45 . The hotel is situated approximately 400 metres from the Qantas Domestic Terminal, a 5 to 6 minute walk .The hotel does not provide a shuttle service to and from the Airport. There is however, a shuttle bus operating from the Qantas Domestic Terminal direct to Southern Cross Station in the CBD. The "Skybus" runs every 15 minutes during the day and takes approximately 20 minutes into the city . Tea/coffee, snacks and soft drink vending machines are available 24hrs and are located in the Hotel lobby . Attractions: Tullamarine Golf Course less than 10 minutes by car . Sunbury and local Vineyards - 20 mintues by car Rupertwood Mansion - birthplace of "The Ashes" - Cricket's most famous tradition - 20 minutes by car . DFO shopping complex at Essendon - 10 minutes by car . Guests are reminded that we do not have 24 hour reception . Our reception desk closes at 22:00 and we ask that you contact the hotel before your arrival so that arrangements can be made to ensure your access to the hotel after hours . |
