Experience the grace and grandeur of this Stately Georgian Mansion. The Lodge on Elizabeth is elegant heritage accommodation, located just a short stroll to the Hobart CBD. All rooms have their own ensuite with the larger more luxurious rooms featuring spas, four-poster, half tester and antique beds. There are 13 rooms plus a self-contained cottage. Sit in the drawing room and enjoy complimentary port. Rejuvenate in our courtyard garden, so close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Hobart city. Previously the home of many Tasmanian notables including one premier, The Lodge on Elizabeth bed and breakfast accommodation was built by convicts in 1829 and is listed by the National Trust. We are conveniently situated within a few minutes walk to approximately 20 North Hobart restaurants with a wide variety of cuisine. There are many tourist attractions within close proximity for both the adventurous and those looking for something a little more tranquil. | Getting There |
Driving Directions From Hobart Airport Exit the Airport, turn left at the roundabout and follows the signs to Hobart. Go over the Tasman Bridge, stay in the right hand lane and exit right to Hobart/North Hobart. Go through the roundabout with lights, and take the second left (at traffic lights) into Warwick Street. Proceed along Warwick Street, go past church at the top of hill. The Lodge is on the right, at the intersection of Warwick & Elizabeth Streets (249 Elizabeth Street). |

| Things To Do |
We are a simple 5 minute walk from the restaurant area of North Hobart, which has numerous dining choices, and a short stroll down Elizabeth Street, will take you to the CBD and waterfront and Salamance Square. Easy day trips from Hobart are to the Huon Valley, Richmond and Port Arthur. |
