Townsman Motor Lodge consists of 20 modern, superior, spacious, motel apartment-style units, situated in a prime city location opposite a park and supermarket. All units have night-store heating, electric blankets, kitchen facilities, bath and either queen or king-size beds. Some have double spa baths and all are serviced daily. We have internet access, off-street parking and cooked or continental breakfast are available. Being only a short walk into the city centre including restaurants, shopping complexes, Workingmen's Club, Southern Institute of Technology (SIT), Splash Palace Aquatic Centre, Rugby Park Stadium, parks and gardens. Handy to airport, hospital, i-SITE, museum, Stadium Southland, Velodrome and golf courses. |

Fully self contained refurbished Two Bedroom Apartment, with nightstore heating, 32 inch LCD TV with Sky and full kitchen facilities. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:
