Yackandandah Townshiphill Motel is the best place to stay, has magnificent mountain views of the surrounding hills.We are 25mins south of Wodonga and 20 mins north of Beechworth.We have 20 new spacious well appointed rooms each with ensuite. Rooms are customized to your requirements, doubles, singles, twins, families, queen sized beds. Remote controlled T.V., heating and cooling, endless tea & coffee, wine glass, teapot, toaster, jug, fridge, telephone. Swimming Pool. All rooms are NON smoking. Continental breakfast and Country cooked breakfast menu available. You will enjoy our country hospitality, on arrival we make sure that your room is ready with the heater on and in summer the air conditioner is on. We welcome you with a "Country welcome." |

You will find us on Yackandandah/ Myrtleford Road. C527 Vic roads numbering system. When you get to Yackandandah, follow the big green sign to Myrtleford, around a S bend, up the hill and a blue sign "300mts on the right", that is us! If you are coming off the "Great Alpine Road" or going north on the Myrtleford/Yackandandah Rd we are on the left. We are halfway between Sydney to Melbourne. 12 hrs to Adelaide. We are 25 mins south of Albury/ Wodonga. 15 mins north from Beechworth. |

| Things To Do |
Our Motel is ideally situated on the scenic drive "no6" to the door. Enjoy a number of walking tracks, an evening walk to the main street. Browse through the shops. History comes alive in the quaint, old world atomsphere at Yackandandah. Experience Historic Mine Tours. There are walking tracks, enjoy a 14km scenic drive though the forest or visit wineries, bike riding, golf, swimming pool in the summer months, on the way to the snow. Coming events at Yackandandah have open gardens in November each year. The Yackandandah Folk Festival is held in March each year. Beechworth have Opera in the Alps in January, Yackandandah have a craft show at Easter. Beechworth have their Golden Horseshoe Festival at Easter. |
