Sola nel Sole, an old oil mill and rural house is a building dated 1700 in a typical orange grove of Sorrento coast overlooking the Gulf of Naples. Its charm of solid residence has been unchanged and preserved. The oil mill and of the old house delineate a complex and mysterious space.

THE GARDEN
The garden of more 3.500 sqm is a luxuriant orchard with prevalence of rows of oranges, tangerines and lemons; olive, nuts, cherry trees and a vine plantation complete the variety. Some areas are cultivated with vegetables, with aromatic plants and some with spices. Flowers of different kinds paint the walk courses, the small paths and the linking stairs among various areas of the garden. There are oasis for relaxation, relieved by the freshness and the sound of the fountains.

THE HOUSES
Sola nel Sole has houses of different squaring surrounded by the green of the gardens; view of the sea or of the mountains. The houses can accommodate up to 6people and they are equipped with kitchen or kitchenette, bathrooms and all the comforts.
Each house has the name of the Nymph, divinity of the nature of the ancient Greek world: Anfitrite, Aretusa, Euridice, Psamate, Leucotea, Galatea, Tetide, Evarne, Glauce, Cimodoce.
From the small terraces, windows and balconies there open striking views of the surrounding green, of the mountain which dominates the landscape and of the sea the horizon.
Furnishings and furniture has a functional and essential style. Lighting and acoustics follows the dictates of the defence from the pollution. All these things contribute to create agreeable atmospheres, harmonious quietness and an essential comfort. Structure and organization of the spaces give the guests independence and autonomy of their time.

THE SERVICE
Sola nel Sole, upon request, organizes tours for Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, for Naples and the Gulf islands; ecological walks and conducted tours; bookings for most important shows and manifestations in the region; nautical charter with sailing and motor navigation toward the coast resorts, Campania and Pontine Islands. Sola nel sole, if required, offers spaces and technical-artistic direction for exhibitions, promotions, shows, manifestations and institutionary and private ceremonies.

THE EVENT
Natural theatre for cultural events, Sola nel Sole offers an opportunity of wellness and culture in a natural and sheltered place.
The Events take place from May to September in the Theatre in the garden.

Getting There	Travelling by car, driving along the motorway A1 MILANO-NAPOLI for those who come from the north or the A16 BARI-NAPOLI for those who come from the south, you get onto the A3 NAPOLI-SALERNO. Exiting at CASTELLAMMARE DI STABIA, you arrive to the SS SORRENTINA 145 - that travelling alongside the sea - permits you to reach Meta di Sorrento. The SS 145 offers an extraordinary spectacle, and as you pass by the towns of SEIANO, META and PIANO DI SORRENTO, you can admire, on the right side, the sea, the small fisherman piers and a breath cutting view. Once in META turn left in direction Positano-Amalfi. After the Church of Trinità turn left in direction Naples: you will find Sola nel Sole after 150 mt on the right side (the parking is on the left side).
