Waldorf Tetra Serviced & Hotel Apartments are located in the Central Business District of Auckland, close to some of Auckland's major commercial buildings, retail and restaurant outlets in Chancery Square, Vulcan Lane, High Street and Queen Street.

Also nearby are two large central Auckland parks, Albert Park and Auckland Domain, popular for walking and jogging, relaxing amongst the beautiful gardens and trees, viewing historical landmarks and statues, as well as outdoor concerts and other events. Auckland Domain is also home to the Auckland War Memorial Museum, and a key attraction for families and visitors to Auckland.

There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.
