Open from 10 to 4, except on Mondays. * Montparnasse: from 1900 is the golden age of artist era: poets, writers, painters, political refugees arriving. Hemingway, Foujita, Soutine, Zadkine, Braque, Chagall, Picasso, Rouault and Klee attend the grand and popular cafés: la Coupole, la Rotonde and la Closerie des Lilas are still there!
