Our restaurant, DECO is located within the property and is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. DECO ensures your food miles are kept to a minimum, as chef Clinton Camilleri looks to the seasons and local produce for inspiration including produce grown on the owners nearby property. Treat yourself at our award winning Mineral Spa which is nestled behind the hotel. Facilities include elegant change rooms and individual lockers, robes and slippers, guest relaxation lounge with open fire and organic teas, 11 treatment rooms, unique soft pak beds, and 180 jets hydrotherapy spa baths. The Retreat - our water therapy zone provides hot and cool mineral water plunge spa pools, heavenly lavender-oil hot rock sauna, infra red detox box and a dry steam room. Our latest anti stress, de-ageing and skin boosting experiences and packages use Li'Tya, Pevonia Botanica and ELES mineral makeup. |

Travelling from Melbourne: Daylesford and Hepburn Springs are 110 km north-west of Melbourne via the Western Freeway (M8 National). Follow the Daylesford-Ballan Road after taking the Daylesford exit from the freeway. Twenty minutes driving will find you in Daylesford with a further five minutes to Hepburn Springs. Travelling from Bendigo: Take the Calder Freeway through Castlemaine onto the Midland Freeway and taking the Hepburn Springs exit before Daylesford. |

The hip village of Hepburn Springs has great shops, cafes, 18 hole golf course, local bushwalks, live music, quad bike riding, art galleries, horse riding, lavender farm, wineries, historic bath house and mineral springs to taste test. If you need to venture further afield to Daylesford for the farmers markets, boutiques, puppet making, historic railway, boating on the lake, bookshops and further dining options, it’s only 3km down the road. |
