We are a 3½ and 4 Star RACQ rated establishment with 60 fully air-conditioned rooms. Centrally located, 50 metres from PO and bank, 100m to railway station and supermarket shopping centre. Oscar's, our new restaurant, will entice you with an exciting a-la-carte menu, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner every day of the week. Room service is available and packed lunches can be arranged. Relax and unwind at our swimming pool and bar area or enjoy a quiet afternoon in our garden. All our rooms are very comfortable with en-suite bathroom, tea/coffe station & minibar with ample parking available. We also have two in-house movies running continuously. A major tourist attraction is the Gemfields area situated in the towns of Sapphire, Rubyvale & Anakie about 35 minutes drive west of Emerald. Underground tours and fossicking are highlights, with shopping for gems and jewellery available in many unique retail outlets. The Fairbairn Dam & Lake Maraboon is a spectacular man-made lake approx 25 minutes south-west of Emerald. Here you will be amazed at the scenery, the size of the dam wall and the size of the lake. |
