Built in 1950 and last refurbished in 1998 the hotel comprises modern spacious bedrooms, many with triple and quad beds. The hotel is located in a quiet area and also has a secure car park facility.
The Cafe Suki is a sophisticated place for dining, relaxing, a fantastically airy, comfortable and elegant room, confident cooking, top wine list, an exciting affordable Modern European menu. Using nothing but the best finest seasonal ingredients. The service is friendly; the atmosphere relaxed, the food focuses on modern European, cooked in a British manner and takes its influences from all around the globe - from the Mediterranean, Middle East to… Lane is one of those restaurants that seems to have it all.

The Lane Bar is a funky lounge bar where you can relax and enjoy excellently prepared food and the drink of your choice just couple of minutes from the square mile. Getting There Nearest tube Aldgate East, less than 50m away with Liverpool Street and Tower Hill tube stations just one top away. Travel from London City airport by car or DLR is lesss than twenty minutes away and Heathrow to Paddington via Heathrow Express train - in 15 minutes.

Gatwick Airport - 28 miles south - take Gatwick Express train, 30 minutes to/form Victoria station. Form Victoria underground station take 'district Lane' to Aldgate East station - City Hotel London is 1-2 minutes walk from station.

London Heathrow Airport - 15 miles west - we would highly recommend you take the Heathrow Express to or from Paddington station and then change onto the underground - take the 'Hammersmith & City Lane' to 'Aldgate East Station ' City hotel London is 1-2 minutes walk from the station

Stansted Airport - 40 miles north - we would highly recommended you take the Stansted Express train to Liverpool St station and then change onto the underground - take the 'Hammersmith & City Line' to 'Aldgate East Station' - City Hotel London is 1-2 minutes walk from the station.
Parking Hotel car park for 60 vehicles is secure, well lit, patrolled and with CCTV facility.

Parking costs: £15.00 for 12 hours and £20.00 for 24 hours.

Accessed via Old Montague Street, the car park provides a separate entrance to the hotel.
Things To Do The Tower of London is a few moments away from the hotel.
Local attractions include the Whitechapel Art Gallery and the Bodyworlds exhibition(to 29 September).

Petticoat Lane, Brick Lane and Spitalsfield markets are all nearby. Additional attractions include the River Thames cruises and open bus tours.

The London Eye, Tate Modern, St Paul's Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe are within the area.
