Access to the property is easy with ample parking on site. A pick up and drop off service is available. Our 4 acre retreat style property with 100 year old heritage listed English Gardens has vistas over The Patch Valley and Yarra Ranges. Ideal venue for wedding guests, families, groups & couples. Our motto of luxury at an affordable price is complemented by our competitive overnight to weekly tariffs. Customised packages are also available. |

Large villa style apartment. Luxurious Hydro-Therapeutic king size spa. Gas log open fire place and polished floors. Studio with king size bed. French doors open onto a paved pergola area with feature bluestone walls and private garden. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $50.00. Extra children $35.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
Bus – Invicta bus no 663 from Belgrave train station. Get off at The General Store on The Patch Rd bus stop. Walk up Lawrence Crt to the rear entrance of the property Train – Belgrave line train. Buses and taxi’s are available to take you to The Patch from here Airport – take the Tullamarine freeway and follow signs for the M1 or SE freeway. Exit the M1/SE freeway at Ferntree Gully Rd/Springvale rd exit. Stay on Ferntree Gully Rd and turn right at Burwood Hwy. Burwood hwy becomes Monbulk Rd at the Belgrave Roundabout. Continue on Monbulk Rd and Turn right at the roundabout in Kallista. This is Kallista-Emerald Rd. We are located at no. 35 which is 2 km from the round about on the left hand side. Melways Map reference is 124 C5. Shuttle service pick up available for an additional fee. |
