The Convention Centre of GrandHotel Baglioni occupies the ground floor and part of the first floor of the building and is composed of nine elegant and versatile rooms.
The rooms are in various dimensions in order to meet all needs: business lunches for just a few, meetings for 200 people, seminars, training and refresher courses.

Getting There HOW TO REACH US

By plane
There are two ways to reach Grand Hotel Baglioni from the Florence airport:
take a taxi
use the "Vola in bus" service which will take you to Santa Maria Novella Station in around 20 minutes. Grand Hotel Baglioni is located in Piazza dell'Unità Italiana 300 meters from the station.


By car
If you come to Florence by car, you can park in a garage the hotel has a special arrangement with.

From Rome: take the "Firenze Sud" exit off the motorway and head towards the center ("centro"). When you reach the traffic light at the end of Lungarno del Tempio you must go right. Head towards Piazza Beccaria and then take Viale Antonio Gramsci and Viale Giacomo Matteotti until Piazza della Libertà. Take Via Lorenzo il Magnifico and at the first traffic light go left on Via Poliziano. Continue along Via Santa Caterina until the Railway Station, passing through Piazza Indipendenza. You will arrive in Piazza Unità d'Italia in around 2 minutes, where Grand Hotel Baglioni is located.

From Milan: take the "Firenze Nord" exit off the motorway and head towards the center ("centro"). Once you arrive at the end of Viale Francesco Redi go right and then left to take Via Guido Monaco. Drive to the end of this street and then turn left on Via Fratelli Rosselli. After the railway underpass, follow the Viali di Circonvallazione, running along Fortezza da Basso. Then take Viale Lavagnini. At the first traffic light turn right on Via Santa Caterina until the Railway Station, passing through Piazza Indipendenza: you will arrive in Piazza Unità d'Italia in around 2 minutes, where Grand Hotel Baglioni is located.


By train
Grand Hotel Baglioni is located in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia, around 300 meters from the station. The Hotel can be reached by taking the underpass inside the station which goes directly to the Piazza.
Parking Private garage nearby the hotel with valet service on arrival and departure. Cost ranges from € 36 to € 47 per day (24 hours).
