The selection of our one, two and three bedroom apartments provides accommodation ideal for groups, families, couples or solo guests. Mariner Bay is great for the weekend escape or a leisurely holiday to really explore the wonders and enchantment of Byron Bay and the hinterland area. Soak up the sun, swim in our heated sparkling salt water pool or perhaps enjoy a lunch in the tropical gardens.

Our Apartments:

This property offers modern self contained apartments in this family friendly resort. The one and two bedroom apartments are located on the ground level and have easy access to the heated saltwater pool and barbecue area. For larger families the spacious three bedroom apartments are on the first level and have a stylish mezzanine master suite, with two further bedrooms on the same level as the living accommodation.

All 16 apartments are fully self-contained, individually furnished and modern with reverse cycle air-conditioning offering well appointed, bright, spacious indoor and outdoor living space.

All our accommodation comes complete with digital Austar TV, DVD players wireless broadband, kitchen & laundry facilities and linen & towels.
The apartments have private balconies and undercover parking is available for guests.

Key Terms and Conditions:

For Group Bookings of Single People:
We are pleased to offer you accommodation at Mariner Bay Apartments but it is important that you understand there is a STRICT “No Party” policy. For all group bookings of singles (i.e. not family groups, or couples) we will take a security deposit upon check-in of either $300 cash or a credit card pre-authorization. If you break our terms and conditions, particularly around noise and disruption to other guests, you will lose your bond and we will not hesitate to evict any groups if necessary.

Please note that we DO NOT accept multiple group bookings online (i.e. multiple apartment bookings of groups of singles). We reserve the right to cancel any such reservations without refund.

Cleaning and Removal of Rubbish:
All apartments are fully self-contained and are required to be left in a neat, clean and tidy condition. Please ensure all dishes, pots and cooking utensils are thoroughly washed, dried and stored in cupboards. All rubbish needs to be removed into the bins located in the downstairs garages. Please also load and put the dishwasher on prior to check-out.
NB: An additional cleaning fee (minimum $100) will be charged if considered necessary.

Noise/Visiting Guests:
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests please ensure that noise and/or music levels are kept to a reasonable level at all times. The number of non paying guests/invitees is limited to 2 per unit and they must leave before 8pm. Parties of any description are not permitted.
We reserve the right to expel any guest/invitee that disrupts the enjoyment of other guests through noise or behaviour or causes damage to the apartment or building. No refund of any tariff paid will be provided.

Complimentary Starter Pack:
A complimentary starter pack has been provided for your convenience on arrival. This includes tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing powder and liquid, toilet paper etc. These items will not be replaced during your stay. If you would like to purchase any further supplies please enquire at the office.

Breakages and Damages:
Any breakages, damage to apartment or lost keys ($150 per key) must be paid for by the tenant. Please report any breakages or appliance failures to the office. We reserve the right to charge your credit card or keep any bond taken to help cover the costs of any breakages or damages.

Security / Call out Charges:
In the event that you require us to open your apartment or security safe, or our Security Company have been called out due to a complaint about behaviour or noise, an “out of normal office hours” fee of $100 will apply.
