The Guesthouse is set within a charming Victorian Period House whilst the interior is tastefully finished with a warm modern décor. NB’s Guesthouse was awarded a 4-star diamond award by the prestigious Automobile Association (AA) Accommodation Guide. Newly renovated, NB’s Guesthouse features a mix of en-suite and standard double, twin and family rooms. 1 and 2 bedroom apartments also available. Each bedroom features; a coloured TV, complimentary tea and coffee, FREE Wifi, wash basin, wardrobe, new deep-spring mattresses and window blinds which are black lined to ensure a peaceful and relaxing nights sleep. Each member of staff is exceptionally welcoming, friendly and more than happy to assist you with any queries you may have about Edinburgh and surrounding areas. They are also available to make recommendations and reservations for you, as well as being able to pre-book guided tours in Edinburgh, the Highlands, Lochness, Fort William etc. for you. Whatever the occasion for your visit, our staff will ensure you have a pleasant, enjoyable, relaxing and memorable stay with us in Edinburgh. A wholesome and freshly prepared Scottish or Continental breakfast is available between 07.45am and 09.00am. at a charge of £5.00 per person. For those of you who wish to have a lie-in, a continental breakfast can be brought to your room. Whilst breakfast does not start until 07.45am, for those of you who need to rise early to catch a flight or train, we can arrange to prepare a Continental tray for you the night before. Secure private parking at the Guesthouse; however spaces are limited so we highly recommend pre-booking a space to ensure you are not disappointed on arrival. The charge for parking is £5.00 per day (off-peak season) and £10.00 per day (peak season). Whilst check-in time is not until 14:00pm, for those of you arriving in Edinburgh prior to this time, your luggage can be left in the Guesthouse until your room is ready. Similarly, for those departing Edinburgh late on your check-out date, luggage can be left in the Guesthouse until 17:00pm. Public transport is accessible directly outside the Guesthouse to the city centre and other directions. If you require a twin (two single beds) room please indicate this on your booking or contact us directly so we can ensure your room is prepared to your satisfaction upon arrival. Please note: 1. Our Family Rooms strictly sleeps 2 adults and children up to 16 years only. 2. All rooms have a 2 night minimum stay restriction when booking includes a Saturday night and a three night minimum stay is required during all peak events. 3. All rooms Non-smoking. 4. 2.5% credit card charge. |

Newly refurbished with 2 bedrooms. 1 family with king size double bed & bunk beds, 2nd is a double bedroom, large sitting room with double sofa bed. Private secluded garden with BBQ. | Getting There |
From Edinburgh airport, take the X100 CityLink bus to Edinburg City centre. Get off at the stops indicated 'West End Stop' which the driver announces. This drops you off on Shadwich Place, the cross over the street and vere left, passing the Caledonian Hotel on your right handside. Cross over the road again on to Lothian Road and take the Number 10 bus at the second bus stop you see. Ask the driver to let you off at Granville Terrace, our Guesthouse is across the road from the bus stop. The Guesthouse is a 10-15 min walk from Haymarket Train Station. For Waverly station, take the same bus as mentioned in aiport section. |

The Guesthouse has limited parking spaces. Therefore, we highly reccommend pre-booking a space. Parking at the Guesthouse costs £5.00 per day (off peak seasons) and £10.00 per day (peak seasons). |
