Facilities include reverse cycle air-conditioning, Austar (11 channels available), microwaves and mini bars (charges apply), etc. Our two & three bedroom self-contained apartments are a great option for groups and families alike. Our restaurant and bar offers a cosy and intimate place to relax and unwind with steak and seafood a speciality. Room service is also available. Conference facilities with seating capacity for 30+ people are also available for guest use. Clifford Gardens Motor Inn is only minutes to Toowoomba's CBD, Toowoomba Base Hospital, Showground, Race Course, Tennis Courts and City Golf Course. Situated directly opposite Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre with shops such as Woolworths, Big W, Supa IGA, Best & Less and over 30 speciality stores. ALDI is also located next door to the Shopping Centre. Although Clifford Gardens Motor Inn is located on the Warrego Hwy (James St) the motel rooms are set well back from the Highway and are extremely peaceful. |

| Getting There |
From Brisbane direction follow the Warrego Hwy and signs to Dalby and we are 500 mtrs north of the City Centre signs. Travelling from the West follow signs to Brisbane and we are situated on the right just past the large intersection at Anzac Avenue. From Goondiwindi direction follow the Gore Hwy into Anzac Avenue and turn right at the large Warrego Hwy intersection. |

Toowoomba is known as the Garden City. Parks peak in spring and summer with carefully timed plantings that make the city burst with colour. The rose gardens are romantic and fragrant with blooms from October to May. |
