Located on the Gold Coast Highway, this property is only a block away from the surf beaches and minutes from the Casino and Pacific Fair shopping centre. Also at your doorstep is the great restaurants and cafes of Broadbeach. The oversized fully-equipped apartments with kitchens and laundry are designed for family living to allow for the most comfortable stay in apartment accommodation. Equally business travelers will enjoy our walking distance proximity to the Gold Coast Convention Centre – allowing you more time to enjoy the Queensland sun and all the Gold Coast has to offer. Resort-style facilities include indoor and outdoor pools with plenty of space to bask in the sun as well as spa, sauna and workout equipment making this property an oasis of tranquility. All apartments offer high-speed ADSL Broadband and wireless internet access and daily housekeeping service – just like a hotel without being confined to space. All apartments are strictly non-smoking and most apartments have opening balconies allowing for fresh air to flow through the apartment when required. PLEASE NOTE: We will require a security bond (deposit) at arrival for all bookings in the form of cash or credit card. The bond amount ranges from $200 (studio and 1-bedroom), $500 for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom) and $1000 (penthouses). Credit card bonds will be refunded upon departure and cash bonds following an inspection of the apartment by our reception staff. Bonds via credit card can sometimes take between 3-10 days to clear from the bank. |

| Getting There |
From Coolangatta Airport - turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Broadbeach. Meriton Serviced Apartments is located on the right hand side, directly opposite the Casino complex. Turn right at the lights at the Margaret Avenue intersection then left at the round-about onto Surf Parade. Car park entrance is 150m on the left & well signed. From Brisbane Airport, follow Airport Drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/ Surfers Paradise exit. Follow signs to Broadbeach. Drive past the Meriton Serviced Apartments complex (on your left). Turn left at the lights at the Margaret Avenue intersection then left at the round-about onto Surf Parade. Car park entrance is 150m on the left & well signed. |

Front Driveway is accessed from Elizabeth Avenue. Guests should stop on the front driveway and check in. Once guests have checked-in they can access the underground car park which is via Surf Parade. Limited under-cover car parking is available for guests at a charge of AUD$10.00 per night/per car; payable direct to reception on arrival. Limited car parking spaces available, spaces cannot be pre-booked or guaranteed. Car parking is on a first come / first parked basis. Spaces cannot be held or reserved. Reception will help, where possible to arrange offsite alternate arrangements if our car park is full. Note: street parking is limited and regularly patrolled. |
