Getting There	Markartan Villas - are located at 53 Drayton Road. Coming from Toowoomba's CBD, travel along James Street(heading west), turn left into West Street for approx. one kilometre. At the traffic island intersection take the right hand fork in the road up the rise, heading along Drayton Road. Markartan is approx. one kilometre past the intersection, being the fourth property past Buckland St, on the right.
Parking	Secure lock up garage (suitable for 1 vehicle) is available for each apartment, extra parking is available but not guaranteed.
Things To Do	Markartan is close to the University and the Japanese Gardens as well as City Golf Club. The new Tower Shopping Centre is only 200 metres further along Drayton Road, with Newsagent, Chemist, Bakery, Fruit Shop and very handy Convenience Store. We are walking distance to Laurel Bank Park and the Sunday Markets at the Police Boys Club. The Villas are two kilometres from Grand Central (our largest shopping complex - which has great shopping and the main Cinemas.....)
