Best Location in Byron Bay with no roads to cross to get to the beach and walking distance to all shops,restaurants and nightlife. Choice of Ground or Top floor (ocean views and washing facilties). Main Beach Apartments are two bedroom fully self contained apartments right in town and located on Lawson Park on beautiful Main Beach. Ground Floor apartments have a Queen Bed in the main bedroom , 3 singles in the second bedroom and a pullout sofa in the lounge area. Top Floor Apartments have a Queen bed in both bedrooms and a pullout sofa in the lounge area. **IMPORTANT**If arriving after 5pm please call Waves property for key instructions.** We require a pre authorisation of $200 upon check in on a credit card to cover miscellanous charges such as lost keys, loss or damage , extra guests or extra cleaning. If a security bond claim exceeds the bond held, Waves Byron Bay reserves the right to debit monies owed from the guests credit card/or other payment organised by the guest. No noise or behaviour unacceptable to neighbouring properties and units 24/7. A $100 deduction will be taken from the security deposit with each security callout. After one warning for noise or unacceptable behaviour , tentants will be evicted with no refunds. Key pick up is from Waves Byron Bay , 35 Lawson Street .Check-in time is 3.00pm and check out time is 11.00am. Please advise of arrivals outside of our reservation hours (8.00 - 5.00 pm) on the phone number with your confirmation so we can advise you of our after hours check in procedure. |

For starters, you’re just seconds from the white sand and surf of Byron’s Main Beach.
