Mt Lyell Anchorage bed and breakfast accommodation provides four double rooms and one twin room, just one block from the centre of Queenstown. Please note all rooms have shared bathroom facilities.

This famous mining town on the West Coast of Tasmania is built on one of the richest mineral deposits in Australia. Surrounded by rugged wilderness and wild rivers, mountain ranges and wonderful winding roads, and central to the tourist attractions of South West Tasmania, Mount Lyell Anchorage is the ideal base for touring and a unique holiday. We are located just 100m from the West Coast Wilderness (Abt) Railway and shops.

Getting There	4 hours from Hobart 3.5 hours from Launceston 2.5 hours from Devonport From the A10 Lyell Highway take the Town Centre exit. Cutten Street is the 4th street on the left and Mt Lyell Anchorage is 60m up on the right, opposite the RSL club.
Parking	Some undercover onsite parking and street parking.
Things To Do	Explore the wilderness aboard the APT Railway a magical scenic ride departing 100m down the road from us. Take a mine tour or simply meet a local at one of the towns bars.
