The Southern Cross Serviced Apartments is located in the inner city suburb of Te Aro, Wellington. Our bright, airy and modern apartments are situated just off Cuba Street, which is lined with great cafe's and funky shops for you to enjoy.

We are within easy walking distance to the CBD, Courtney Place, Te Papa, Wellington Convention Centre, Lambton Quay and the stunning Wellington waterfront.

We offer excellent value for money with affordable room rates for short to medium term stays.

We have well appointed serviced apartments offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay while you are away from home. All apartments have great natural light, each has its own kitchenette with stove, microwave, sink and fridge. All rooms offer internet, Sky TV and telephone. There are three apartment types, Double Studio, Premium Studio and 2 Bedroom Apartments – we can provide the style and space that suits you best

The complex comprises of 118 apartments in a modern, seven level building. We offer apartments for long and short term stays. All rooms are strictly non-smoking and include kitchen, ensuite, television and local phone calling. WiFi internet is available - fees apply. The apartments are available in Double Studio, Premium Studio and 2 bedroom configurations. Shared laundry facilities, room servicing available on 7+ night stay deals.

Getting There	We are located at 35 Abel Smith Street, just off Cuba Street. Next door to the fabulous Southern Cross Bar and Restaurant. Arriving by car and coming from the airport, turn right into Cuba street from the city bypass, Abel Smith St is the first street on the right. Coming from North, follow the motorway past the Terrace Tunnel, once off the motorway take the first right into Victoria Street. Abel Smith Street is the first street on your left. Arriving by bus, the closest bus stops are at the Cuba/Manners intersection and Dixon Street. Southern Cross Apartments is a four block walk from there.
Parking	No on-site carparking available. Limited on-street carparking available in pay and display and coupon parking area.
