| Getting There |
From Sydney: Follow the Pacific highway 4km north of Nabiac, turning right at the Forster sign onto Failford Road. Travel 6km to the T Junction and turn right. Travel a further 10km to Tuncurry travelling through the town and over the bridge into Forster. 100 metres past the second roundabout, turn right into Macintosh Street. After a further 1.5 km you will find us located on the right hand side just past McDonald’s. From North: From the Pacific Highway take the Forster exit o to The Lakes Way. Travel 20km through Tuncurry and over the bridge to Forster then follow directions as per above. |

Lanis Holiday Island – your destination. Whether it be adventure, serenity, taste or hinterland – The Great Lakes has it all. Why not swim with the dolphins, or dive with the sharks, enjoy a round of golf on a world championship course or enjoy a fun packed day at one of the amusement parks? Maybe a luncheon or sunset cruise on the Lake, do a spot of fishing or lay back, relax and enjoy one of our many golden sand beaches. Immerse yourself in nature’s sub-tropical rainforests and enjoy the many kilometres of bushwalking trails. Arts and crafts, museums or maybe it be shopping. A day would not be complete without sampling some of our famous Wallis Lake oysters and a bottle of our local choice wines at some of the best restaurants around. Take in our beautiful sunsets overlooking the Lake whilst pondering on tomorrow’s pleasures. |
