Ohtel is ideally located in the capital city's exclusive seaside neighbourhood of Oriental Bay, a few minutes walk to the CBD and the vibrant entertainment precinct and enroute to the International Airport. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and local calls, 55+ Sky channels, Air-con, King sized beds etc.

Ohtel features 10 unique, spacious rooms over three floors, a seamless blend of eclectic mid-century furniture, coupled with a sprinkling of contemporary New Zealand artwork and textiles. Most rooms boast 2 person bathtubs and oversized showers, many with decks overlooking Waitangi Park and Chaffers Marina.

True 'boutique' style in every sense of the word - our rooms surpass 5-star expectations. Ohtel is owner operated along with a few select, professional staff providing discrete, friendly, 'can do' service with personal attention to every detail.

Our intimate lobby, complete with open gas fire, and extensive bar facilities is yours to enjoy privately or to host guests. The lobby is open Sunday-Thursday until 9pm and Friday-Saturday until 10pm. If you are planning to check-in or host guests after these times please be sure to advise us in your booking.

Getting There	A short 10-minute taxi ride from the airport is approximately a $50 fare. By car, follow the road out of the airport, turn left at the roundabout onto Cobham Drive, straight until the first right onto Evans Bay Parade which turns into Oriental Parade - watch for number 66 on your left.
Parking	Street parking is available opposite from 8am - 6pm for $4 per hour and is free on weekends. We can valet park your car in a nearby secure carpark for $28 per day.
Things To Do	Te Papa Tongarewa - Museum of New Zealand Oriental Beach, Cable Car, Theatre, Art Galleries Nightclubs and more than 50 restaurants/cafe's at your doorstep...and of course shopping!! City and special attraction tours can be booked by Cocierge and charged-back to your room account
