Located on an Etruscan street which is still possible to see the old pavements, the hotel-residence is located in Tuscany in the heart of Florentine Chianti shire in a little village named Passo Dei Pecorai (Pass of the shepherds).

The oldest building comes from the XVII century, here part of rooms and all the apartments are located. In total there are 11 rooms and 7 apartments in different size. The style is Tuscan traditional and absolutely informal. In the new building close by, there is the restaurant and the rest of the rooms. The restaurant is part of the tradition of Florentine cuisine.
We manage it since 1913! Behind the hotel-residence there are 7500 squared meters of a secluded garden, park and swimming pool.
If you like wines, take a look of our cellar: there are 32,000 bottle of Chianti since 1911! The biggest and most complete collection of Chianti wines in the worlds and 85% of them, wonderfully drinkable! We made our jam for breakfast and our food is absolutely genuine.

From here you can reach Florence by bus in about 50min and leave car at parking place. Connections to the city are really nice during working days. Easy to arrive to Siena as well (we are on the way) but you need a car if you really want to see Chianti and Elsa river valley: Radda, Castellina, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Colle val d'elsa, Impruneta, Monteriggioni, Gaiole....

From here you can book excursion in surrounding like fly balloon and driving quad in this marvellous landscape.

Getting There	Car: From the motorway A1, take the exit Florence-Certosa. Take sr2 till Falciani and from falciani sp3 to Greve.. Taxi: Passo dei pecorai, we are close the main street. Bus: SITA company. Florence train station square (SMN). Get out from right, just around the corner you find the SITA terminal. Ask for PASSO DEI PECOARI. You will stop in front of us. Car GPS: Set GPS with passo dei pecorai. Hotel-Residence is a geographic location, you will arrive exactly here.
Parking	Car parking is free. We have a free parking place on street side. Your are in countryside sourrounded of olives, wineyeards and woods.
Things To Do	Trekking paths, fly balloon, quad excursions (even driving school or just rent them), visint wineries, museums and historical villages and cityes.
