Our newly purpose-built complex has a contemporary style with up to four-storey views and quiet elevator access to each level. You will be perfectly located in the Christchurch CBD, only 150m from the Convention Centre, Town Hall, Casino and Victoria Street shops, bars and restaurants, and an easy stroll to the heart of Christchurch’s wonderful cultural precinct, including the Art Gallery, Arts Centre, and many other entertainment choices. Ample off-street car parking is both convenient & very secure. All of our suites have a sunny north facing aspect and indoor-outdoor flow to a balcony or courtyard, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. Focus offers 14 superior apartments in a range of sizes, with elevator access to all levels, all non-smoking and serviced daily. For the truely discerning we have a luxurious Penthouse with large living area complete with 42inch plasma TV plus home theatre, full sized kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, spa bath, laundry and large out door balconies. Our superior studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments sleep from 2 to 5 people. All have ensuites, some with spa baths and all with the convenience of a separate shower. All have super king or queen sized quality beds and chic contemporary Sheridan bed linen. Fine leather furniture provides further comfort and flat screen LCD televisions with satellite TV give entertainment options in the living area and also in the master bedrooms. High-speed broadband Internet access keeps the world at your fingertips. Two wheelchair-friendly studio suites are available if required-one with an optional interconnection with another one-bedroom suite. Our suites contain modern cooking facilities and appliances, with a range of other facilities available such as business services, dry-cleaning, laundry room, cot and highchair, and continental breakfast options.
