HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL: From the airport: In bus: The lines of urban 1, 9, 19, 51, 74, which have stop to scanty meters of the entry of the hotel. The lines of underground that come up to the surrounding areas of the hotel, are the stops Velázquez (Line 4), to only 500m. and Núñez de Balboa (lines 5 and 9), to some 200m. of the entry of the hotel. By car: From the North: Taking the A-II. With direction Avenida de America. From the South: Taking the highway of Andalucia A-IV, going out for the M-30/M-40, north sense, exit O'Donell |

The Gran Hotel Velázquez is located in one of the most emblematic districts of the city, the Barrio de Salamanca, where Business, Art and Fashion coexist to little distance. To only passages of the Hotel, one will be in the Mile of Gold of the capital, with companies like Versace, Gucci, Armani, Kenzo. In the Paseo del Prado (in South direction) and to minutes walking, are three of the most important European museums: the Prado Museum, Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and Museum of Contemporary art Reina Sofía. It compares to the street Velázquez, it runs one of the main routes of the city, the Paseo de la Castellana, where the main and stronger national and international companies are concentrated: it does not concern if one is in the city by businesses or pleasure, everything will be within reach of his hand. |
