This almost 2 hectare development has 38, 2 & 3 bedroom waterfront villas, and 2, 3 bedroom rear Courtyard villas,Most Villas with BBQs, 19 Marina berths, swimming pool, spa, astro turf tennis court. The property is fully gated, with audio visual security available 24 hours a day. The complex has a boat launching ramp for guests with trailer boats, all villas have car parking for extra vehicles, including boat trailers. Guests with large power boats and yachts can also rent a marina berth, subject to availability.Smoking is permitted only outside on patios and balconies. Whitianga is a New Zealand coastal town on the move. Often considered the Coromandel's jewel in the crown - It marks the gateway to spectacular deep sea fishing and diving as well as swimming, bush walking, scenic cruises, soaking in a hot pool at Hot Water Beach at low tide, horse riding, surf and line fishing, kayaking, relaxed shopping, dining on local cuisine, golfing, bone carving - Sovereign Pier sits in the center of all of this, better than the beachfront!. |

By car - 3 hours from Auckland via Kopu - Hikuai Road, 2.5 hours from Hamilton and Tauranga. Great Barrier Airlines - operate out of Auckland International, North Shore's Dairy Flat, Whangarei, Whitianga, and Matarangi Airports. By Intercity Bus - Two daily services operate a passenger service for The Coromandel to / from Auckland via Tairua & Thames. Coaches depart from Auckland Sky City coach terminal and outside Whitianga Information Centre. Go Kiwi Shuttle - operate a daily "door to door" mini coach service between The Coromandel Peninsula and Auckland Airports, City and suburbs. The daily service covers Whitianga, Hahei, Tairua, Thames and links to Coromandel Town, Opoutere, Whangamata and Tauranga. |
