We are very friendly and have clean, warm and comfortable accommodation set in 8.5 acres of tranquil surroundings. A property that you can relax and enjoy, in the most devine 'park like' grounds with fantastic views of Mt Taranaki and only just 'down the road' from New Plymouth concert venue, Bowl of Brooklands, in Pukekura Park. Ratanui is located only 6 minutes from the City Centre, with mystic mountain views and beautiful established gardens. You'll love the Taranaki lifestyle, and only a short drive to wonderful restaurants and cafes in central New Plymouth. Accommodation is self contained and comprises of studios, 1 & 2 bedroom units. All units has kitchen/ kitchenette. Facilities includes playground, parking, fax & photocopier, guest laundry and indoor pool (unheated). |

| Getting There |
Ratanui Villas is located 8 mins from the CBD. From Leach St (oneway) by New World Supermarket turn left into Liardet, then right onto Pendarves, left into Carrington St. Follow Carrington St, past the BP station at the roundabout. Carrington St eventually turns into Carrington Rd. When you feel like you are in the country (just past 100km sign) first road on right is Atkinson. Entrance to Ratanui Villas is off this road. |
