Located on the main highway, just 3km from the CBD and Mackay airport, Tropic Coast Motel offers 34 spacious fully air conditioned ground floor rooms. All rooms contain Austar TV, direct dial telephones and tea and coffee making facilities. Our restaurant is opened Monday to Friday offering a selection of meals. Continental or cooked breakfasts are also available. Guests can relax around our pool/spa or sit back in our shaded BBQ area whilst the children play in the sandpit, trampoline or play centre. Reception hours are 7.30am to 8.30pm - late check in by arrangement. |

| Getting There |
We are located right in the heart of Mackay accommodation area. Follow the Bruce Highway to get to Mackay and you will find the Tropic Coast Motel on the left hand side of Nebo Road as you enter the city from the south, or on the right hand side after passing through Mackay from the north. Our property has a children's play centre out the front with blue and yellow shade sails over the pool making it an easily recognizable landmark reference. |
