The apartments are superbly appointed and have Sky Digital & Flat Screen TV,DVD players and library, internet connection and your own DDI telephone line. There is a wireless broadband service available for those guests with a laptop computer. | Getting There |
The Bay of Islands is approximately 250 km north of Auckland. • By Air: Air New Zealand Link operates daily flights from Auckland airport to Kerikeri airport. The flight time is approximately 45 minutes. A shuttle service is available from the airport to Blue Pacific Quality Apartments. • By Coach: Northliner operates a daily luxury express coach service from downtown Auckland to the Bay of Islands. The Blue Pacific Quality Apartments can arrange a free pick up service from the bus depot. • By motor vehicle: The Bay of Islands is only three and half hours drive from Auckland via State Highway One or five hours if you travel via the mighty Waipoua forest (the largest Kauri forest in N.Z.) and home of New Zealands biggest Kauri Tree "Tane Mahuta". |

| Things To Do |
There are wide variety of leisure activities in the Bay of Islands conveniently located to Blue Pacific. Come and enjoy game fishing, island cruising, swimming with dolphins, diving, golf, historic sites, craft centres, unique museums, wine tours and walks in the Maritime Park - or you can just relax and soak up the stunning view from your patio deckchair. The Bay of Islands is one of New Zealand's finest Maritime Parks, with 144 islands, scores of secluded bays and an abundance of marine life. The scenery is nothing short of spectacular. The area is the warmest parts of New Zealand with temperature average 24° C/75° F in summer and 16° C/61° F in winter. The Maritime Park is a natural wonderland with an abundance of wildlife including marlin, whales, penguins, dolphins, gannets and many other species. The bay is the cradle of European civilisation in New Zealand and has fine examples of Maori Culture for you to experience. The town of Paihia provides many places to wander including a multitude of shops and restaurants along the waterfront. |
