Banjo #1 Townhouse is a two bedroom and loft modern, comfortable, fully self-contained townhouse located in the Banjo Townhouses complex at 6 Banjo drive next door to Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge.

It has a stunning view of the mountain and provides easy access to the village centre, being only a couple of minutes walk from the shops and 50 metres to a shuttle bus stop in winter. It can cater for up to six persons.

The townhouse has a wood burning slow combustion fire and balcony. It is equipped with an LCD TV and DVD and offers free WiFi. One off-road outdoor car parking space is located at the entrance to the townhouse.

The bedding configuration comprises: queen bed in the main bedroom (which has ensuite); 2 singles in the second bedroom; double futon in the loft.

Getting There From Jindabyne:
Take the Alpine Way into Kosciuszko National Park. Pass the first entrance to Thredbo and take the next, which descends directly down into the village on Banjo Drive. Banjo Townhouse #1 is in the Banjo Townhouses complex which is the third building on the left, next to Kasees Lodge.

From Khancoban/Melbourne:

Parking A single off-street (uncovered) car parking space is available at the front door.
Things To Do Depending on the season, enjoy the following activities in and around Thredbo: skiing, snowboarding, touring/x-country skiing, snow-shoeing, walking, swimming (lake and indoor pool at sports centre), squash, gym, tennis, golf, fishing, bobsled, mountain biking, road cycling, white water rafting, climbing, horseriding.

Thredbo has several restaurants/cafes and bars, clothes and souvenir shops.

During summer and autumn there are numerous sporting and cultural events including Mountain Bike Festival, National Runners Week, Blues Festival and Jazz Festival.

Thredbo is a popular Easter holiday destination, as well as being a prime location for weddings.
