Caloundra City Backpackers offers excellent budget accommodation and facilities in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We are centrally located - only a 2 min walk to shops, 4 min walk to beaches and 10 min walk from the Bus Depot. We cater to backpackers, budget travelers and overseas students wanting private or shared accommodation for a short or long term including single, twin, dormitory, double with ensuite and family suites. Our rooms are clean, comfortable and affordable and located in a safe and secure environment. Linen is supplied and all rooms have ceiling fans and are very clean and airy. This property does have some room types that do not have private ensuites or bathrooms, as indicated in the room type descriptions. Double room with private ensuite some, with T.V (not guaranteed). Pay for 6 nights get seventh free (low season only). Access to guest lounge, communal kitchen & laundry facilities. Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults, and a maximum of 1 child but cannot exceed 2 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

We have dorms to sleep 3, 4, or 6 guests. We have male, female & mixed dorms. $28/night for smaller dorm room beds. Pay for 6 get the seventh night free (in low season only). Shared bathroom. Access to guest lounge, communal kitchen & laundry facilities. Rates are for 1 person. Extra adults $26.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults. The following bedding is provided:

Bus - The Caloundra Bus Interchange is only a short 5 minute walk from the Backpackers. Train - Take train to Landsborough Station, then 605 bus to Caloundra Bus Depot - we are a 5 minute walk from the Bus Depot. Drive - From Bruce Highway, take the Caloundra Road turnoff, drive approx 10km, turn left at Bowman Rd (just past 'Stockland' Shopping Centre), then turn right into Omrah Ave - The Backpackers will be on your right (no 84). |
