Opened in November 2007, these spacious self contained Bungalows, set amongst lush rainforest, come complete with outdoor play area for the little kids, and your own personal verandah overlooking the beautiful tropical pool. Island themes run throughout each unique Bungalow complete with king size bed, leather lounge, and large bathroom - all you need for that romantic or family getaway without breaking the budget. By the pool a separate pergola and BBQ area make for a perfect lazy afternoon beverage while the kids explore the rainforest gardens, play outdoor chess or one of the many other activities provided. | Getting There |
If you are lucky enough to be travelling to Mission Beach, you will already know roughly where we are! Travelling from Cairns or Townsville, follow the Bruce Highway to the Mission Beach turnoff, approximately 2.5 hours from Townsville, 2 hours from Cairns. A short drive from the turnoff will bring you into the Mission Beach area, where you will see signs to Wongaling Beach. Turn into Wongaling Beach road at the giant Cassowary and first left (Coolibah street/Blarneys Restaurant on corner) then second street left, Spurwwod close. Please do not hesitate to call if lost! |

We have a large off street parking area suitable if travelling with boat/van etc. Please let us know if you are bringing an extra vehicle. |
| Things To Do |
Mission Beach is a very unique and unspoilt holiday destination. It is popular due to it's relaxed village lifestyle which boasts many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tours. Dunk island is a stones throw away and offers well equipped water sports facilities and the Spit Bar is available to day trippers. Mission Beach has the closest access to the Great Barrier Reef. Regular cruises visit the reef and offshore islands daily, providing opportunities for diving, snorkelling, swimming or just lazing around. Tully Gorge, Murray Falls,Alligators Nest, Josephine Falls and several ideal walking tracks in the area provide a never ending supply of adventure. Paronella Park is certainly worth a visit too! |
