All Apartments have reverse cycle air conditioning, security basement car parking, and separate lock-up basement storage. Security has not been compromised either, with proximity card access to basements, lifts and individual floors. Amenities on site will include Oaks Hotels and Resorts professional management, the exclusive Owners Recreation Club with its 25 metre heated lap pool, spa, sauna, and fully equipped air conditioned gym , theatrette and lounge. At ground level on Ellenborough Street you will be able to have a coffee or drink, breakfast, lunch or dinner, in a selection of coffee shops, bars and specialty outlets. OPENING SOON!!! **Extra Guests may be accommodated on request. Please contact the hotel directly** Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
