Welcome to the Fairways at Ocean Ridge – a brand new 5 star luxury apartment complex opened in December 2007. Currently judged #1 on TripAdvisor. Designed by Chris Prebble Architects with the indulgent guest in mind. At the Fairways we pride ourselves on our friendly relaxed atmosphere in a location that is a privilege to both live in and enjoy with our guests. A minimalist décor of deep charcoal, sky blues, whites and striking orange, designer furniture and luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen chosen with your ultimate comfort in mind. Stephan and Sarah Rattray own and host the Fairways with their three young boys. They really enjoy the surroundings at the Fairways are often seen swimming in the lake next door most of the summer or playing on the beach across the road. All rooms are provided with secure wired broadband internet, sky digital television, LDC flat screen TV’s, DVD and real flame open gas fires in the apartments. The apartments offer dual key options for either a compact ensuite studio or 1 bedroom ensuite apartment. With the interconnecting door open these become the two bedroom apartment. The apartments are fully equiped with kitchen, lounge, washing machine and dryer. We provide a full in house dining menu and a great selection of breakfasts, beautifully prepared by The Kaikoura Food Company. The golf course is just across the road and at $30 green fees as a great way to chill out and enjoy the views at Ocean Ridge. |

3km south of the top of the Kaikoura Peninsula, is Ocean Ridge. Turn into Ocean Ridge at the magestic stone pillar entrance and we are located at 1 Kersage Drive, Ocean Ridge, overlooking the lake in Kekeno Park. Call Kaikoura Shuttles on 03 319 6166 to arrange delievery from the Train Station, bus stop or airport. |
