La Residence d’Angkor is a deluxe boutique hotel built with a tribute to fascinating Khmer architecture, located on the shores of Siem Reap River, a stone throw away from the busy local markets and minutes away from awe-inspiring Angkor Wat. All 55 rooms and suites are exquisitely appointed with Khmer flair and finished in wood, stone, silk and cotton. King or twin bedded, each room has a large en-suite bathroom with free-form bath and shower and all amenities one could possibly imagine. It is in the restaurants and bar of La Résidence d’Angkor that patrons will be inspired by fresh concepts of innovation. Epicureans will enjoy a delectable array of dining selections. The Restaurant “The Dining Room”, stylishly decorated, serves contemporary International and Khmer Fine Dining, prepared by our globally acclaimed Team of Chefs. Relax and sip a Bombay Sapphire on the colonial verandah that is The Lounge. Overlooking the pool and with magnificent views over Siem Reap River, this is the place primed to be “the” place for hotel guests and the trendy elite of Siem Reap alike. Just next to the pool enjoy a light meal at the Pool Bar. Respecting the proportions of the Baray, the artificial lakes at the temples, the pool invites for extended splashing or serious lap swimming. With its 45’000 handmade tiles, individually glazed and reflecting a different green tone each, and its size of 35 x 10m, this certainly complements the mysticism of Angkor. Two boutiques offering local handicrafts are located in the lobby. A library with a selection of reference books, picture books, travel guides and board games adjacent to a small meeting room for intimate receptions complete the hotel. 54 Deluxe rooms and 1 Suite over a maximum of three floors, with large Balcony and views either over Siem Reap River or over the Hotel’s lush Gardens and Swimming Pool. Rooms are equipped with either one large King-size Bed or two twin beds. All rooms feature a writing desk, coffee table and chair; King-size bedrooms are additionally equipped with a comfortable Sofa. En-Suite bathroom with large, free form bathtub and Shower, Dressing area and separate Toilet. DINING Fine Dining Restaurant “The Dining Room”: The hotel restaurant located across from the reception area offers a large selection of Khmer and Western food. Guests can choose to enjoy their meals in the outside terrace or inside the restaurant. On the evenings of Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, local children perform traditional Apsara dancing; an experience that should not be missed in Siem Reap. Reservations are recommended. La Residence Suites are located on the second floor above the Spa Suites, in the quietest area of the property. Each suite incorporates a large bedroom with an adjacent lounge. Sliding opaque glass doors lead into your spacious bathroom, with an oversize Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $70.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Things To Do |
All the below listed activities can be booked prior to, or after your arrival in the hotel. Angkor: One of the most important archeological sites in Southeast Asia (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It was once the capital city of the Khmer Empire, now an abundance of temple ruins still exist. Tonle Sap Lake: One of Cambodia’s most prominent features that includes a diversity of water birds and fish, but mostly famous for its floating villages where communities base their life on the lake. Only a 20 min. drive from Siem Reap. Silk Farm: One of Cambodia’s rural industries producing fine silks. Take the pleasure in finding out the entire process of silk making. Old Market: A traditional market where you will find locals buying food. Also, it is a place to buy souvenirs at “bargain” prices. A variety of bars and restaurants are also close by. Elephant Ride: You can take an elephant ride while you are at Bakheng mountain from around 4pm to 6pm. This is a particularly good time to enjoy the sunset. Horseback Riding: Enjoy a guided trail ride or horseback riding lessons. Golf Courses: There are two 18-hole golf courses in and around Siem Reap. The hotel will happily make arrangements. Quad Biking: 45 minutes to Full day tours offered for trips around Siem Reap. Hot Air Balloon: A 15 minute trip that is a great way for you to view and take photos of the Angkor Temples. Helicopter Rides: Scenic flights will allow you to see the Angkor Temples from a high distance. |
