Ambience is at Diggers Beach, perched on a gentle rise with stunning north-east aspect affording ocean, island and hinterland views, 9 Richmond Drive is the last house before the beach in this dress circle location. This property is location, views & aspect..! The magical views of the deep blue Pacific Ocean, the solitary islands abound from this luxurious abode. So come and soak up the atmosphere by relaxing in the mediterranean inspired pool & spa or laze around on the deck overlooking our spectacular Diggers Beach and watch the whales go by. The early morning beach walks are all yours to enjoy on the beach where the Great Dividing Range meets the sea. Fishing and surfing are all at your doorstep and one minute away you have the regional shopping centre, which is a shopper holics dream. Just a short stroll and you are at Annuka Resort’s, a la carte restaurant and bar. If you can bear to tear yourself away from all of this, Ambience is the perfect place from which to explore the many & varied attractions of Coffs Harbour Coast & its Hinterland has to offer. Ambience comprises of ground level apartments, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom & 1 Bedroom. The apartments share the laundry which has a auto-washing machine and clothes dryer, the large 13 x 5 metre pool and heated spa. Car parking is by way of a triple carport. 3 Bedroom Apartment has king bed with ensuite, second room has king bed & the third has 2 single beds. The living areas have been tastefully furnished as follows; formal lounge room with TV & DVD stereo player, dining room with TV, modern kitchen with microwave etc and the second bathroom has a spa bath. The dining room opens onto the pool, spa and your own bbq area. 2 Bedroom Apartment has 2 ensuites, the main with king bed, remote TV & the second room has 2 single beds. The open plan air conditioned living area has been tastefully furnished with the following; lounge with TV & DVD stereo player and dining for 4. The modern kitchen has an oven & microwave etc. All this opens onto the pool, spa and your own bbq area. 1 Bedroom Studio which is a converted double garage with air conditioning king bed, 3 seater lounge, coffee table, TV & DVD player. The second room is a combined kitchenette and dining room with sink, hot top, full size fridge, dining table and ensuite. This opens onto your outside area with your own bbq & outdoor setting. |

Local Attractions: Big Banana, Clog Barn, Mount Ash Pottery, Cinemas, Butterfly House, Bunker Cartoon Gallery, Local Markets, Ten pin Bowling, Squash Centre and Wineries and we are only 100m from the Park Beach Bowling Club and across the road from beautiful Park Beach. |
