The Mercure Centro Hotel is the newest hotel with 4 1/2 star rating and has 70 rooms on five levels with 3 levels of secure underground parking. Located in the centre of Port Macquarie's busy shopping and restaurant district and easy walkig distance to beaches, river cruises and scenic coastal walks. The hotel includes a boutique restaurant, private dining room, bar, heated pool, gymnasium, conference and function rooms and day spa. Enjoy free Friday night music on our rooftop, watch the sunset, enjoy a drink and some great new musicians. The hotel has a range of room styles from queen rooms to special needs, twin rooms, king and spa rooms - something for everyone whether a romantic getaway or a business trip. There is a great Port Cup Racing Package for you to choose either 1, 2 or 3 nights, be hosted in the exclusive Mercure Centro marquee, transport to and from the races and live music on our rooftop to finish of the day. Our rooms all have LCD TV's, balcony's, broadband access, movielink, Austar sports chanels, tea/coffee making facilities, mini bar and topped off by contemporary decor design. Our restaurant is open from 6am until 11pm every day for you to dine anytime or to order room service and enjoy in the privacy of your room. The hotel is a totally non-smoking property. Our facilities make us a perfect venue for specialist motor vehicle rallies, motor cycle club rides or just your favourite toy, all will be safe and secure overnight in our carpark. Our skilled staff have detailed knowledge of local and regional events and activities as well as services which you may require. The Mercure Centro is a perfect choice for your wedding, located across the road from the Churches and with everything you could need, available within the hotel. The bridal couple also receive their wedding night free in a deluxe spa room when holding their reception at the hotel. Travelling north from Sydney on the Pacific Highway, travel approx. 380kms to Port Macquarie exit at highway roundabout, right onto Oxley Highway and travel east to Port Macquarie 13kms. Follow Oxley Highway and continue onto Gordon Street until you reach Horton Street roundabout (note historical cemetery and garden on right) turn left into Horton Street, travel to traffic lights, 2 blocks, turn right into William Street. Mercure Hotel is on the next corner on your left.Turn left into Hay street and enter the carpark by pressing the button, reception will let you in, come to level 1 for checkin. |
