The property is situated near the waterfront at Shoal Bay and just opposite the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa (previously known as The Shoal Bay Country Club) and within 2 minutes walks to 5 different restaurants in Shoal Bay and a few minutes from the boutique shops of Shoal Bay.

Access to the Beach would only be 30 seconds from your unit as you stroll down a laneway to the beach and foreshore.

This is a modern architecturally designed 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom bi-level duplex accommodation with linen and towels provided. If required a portable cot can be provided if organised before arrival.
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $15.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total.

Check In Instructions	Please call Simon on his mobile as you turn off the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace about 30 minutes from Nelson Bay to enable a staff member to greet you at the unit on arrival.

Getting There	Travel north from Sydney along the F3 freeway heading towards the north coast. Turn off the Pacific Highway at Raymond Terrace onto Richardson Road and follow the signs to Nelson Bay and then follow the signs to Shoal Bay from the roundabout corner Church Street and Government Road Nelson Bay. Follow Shoal Bay road until you reach the boutique shopping village of Shoal Bay Turn right after you pass the Shoal Bay Resort and Spa into Tomaree Road from Shoal Bay Road and then immediate left into Lillian Street Shoal Bay. The property is immediately on the left as you enter Lillian Street Shoal Bay. Please call 30 minutes before arrival so one of our staff members can greet you at the unit on arrival.
Parking	Off street car parking is provided for 2 cars. One under cover and the other outside. There is room for a small boat on trailers behind a secure gate in the outside car space.
Things To Do	Swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, dolphin watching, whale watching, 4 wheel driving tours and quad bike adventure tours. There is also bush walking, National Park, koala habitats exploring and Hunter Valley wine tours.
