Located just one hour south of Perth and 10 minutes from seaside Mandurah, Lazy River is nestled within 5 acres of rural splendour on the Murray River.
This 4½ star rated property is not your ordinary B&B with the purpose built luxury accommodation set apart from the host's homestead, thereby ensuring complete privacy. With 4 luxuriously and beautifully appointed rooms, all ensuite with spa bath, double vanities and showers, this is your perfect romantic getaway. Fluffy bathrobes, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided.

The spacious suite opens on to a large veranda with stunning views. Each room is equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, TV with Foxtel, DVD, CD, clock radio, room safe, climate control and in-room ironing facilities.

A gourmet breakfast hamper is provided in the evening along with complimentary canapés and a bottle of "bubbly" with a turn-down service and chocolates on your pillow!

Many dinner options are available from al fresco dining in the gazebo with wood-fired pizzas and barbeques to fine dining-cuisine brought to your room having been prepared for you by Steve, a Swiss trained chef. These dinners will definitely be a highlight of your visit!

A large lounge and dining area is also available for your comfort and relaxation with a library of books and selection of board games as well as TV, DVD's and CD's.
Enjoy a game of tennis on your private tennis court or go fishing on your private jetty. Go kayaking along the beautiful Murray River or simply relax with a book and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this rural hideaway and watch the abundant birdlife.

The historic town of Pinjarra, also just minutes away has many interesting buildings and homes to visit being one of the oldest towns in WA, established in 1834.

Getting There	From Perth Airport take the Tonkin Highway south to Byford then onto the South West Highway to Pinjarra. Turn right at the traffic lights into Pinjarra Rd. The first turning to the right after the 80 km sign is Wilson Road. Coming from the city of Perth, take the Kwinana Freeway to Mandurah. Turn left at the traffic lights onto Pinjarra Road. As you come into Pinjarra after the 80km sign you will see the golf course on your left. Take the next turning after the golf course to your left into Wilson Road.
Parking	There is ample car parking available.
Things To Do	There are many fine wineries in the area and the seaside town of Mandurah is just 10 minutes away offering a variety of sea and river sports and also has many good galleries and restaurants and cafes along the foreshore. For those with the spirit of adventure, Dwellingup, 20 minutes away in the hills of the Darling Range, you can go white water rafting, Sky Diving, hiking and biking and there are great picnic spots on the Murray River. Close by around the town of Pinjarra, one of the oldest towns in WA, there are many historic sights to visit. Within 5 minutes there is an 18 hole golf course, the Peel Zoo and an excellent winery.
