An 'Exemplary' 4 Star, this Manor style Apartment/motel with 16 large well presented Studio & Family apartment units each with kitchen facilities and private spa in your own courtyard (Except 3 Bedroom). Spacious lounge / dining area. The toilet/bahtroom is located downstairs.
The 'One Bedroom Mezzanine' units have a Super King and a single bed upstairs on a spacious, open plan mezzanine floor and the Family Mezzanine units are larger with a Super king downstairs and a Queen bed and 2-4 Single beds upstairs on mezzanine floor.
Thermally heated large units ideal for family and friends.
Units sleeping from 1 to 8 guests upstairs in a spacious, open plan loft or mezzanine floor. Or alternatively our three bedroom executive Apartment, which can sleep 1-10 (pax). arrangement. Each apartment unit has a TV upstairs and a 32inch LCD TV downstairs.
Children welcome, cot/highchair available. Guest laundry.
Close to town/restaurants and the many & varied site seeing attractions that Rotorua has to offer.
