The Captain Cook Hotel is located in the heart of Botany, only five minutes from the airport. We have nine double rooms, two twin rooms and one handicap-fitted single room. There is a friendly pub downstairs with TAB & KENO facilities. The Cook Bistro is located on-site (as featured in the Southern Courier), with $10 specials every weekday, and Sunday roasts every weekend. Check out full menu on our website captaincookhotel.com.au. Bus routes go to the city and Eastgardens, and the bus stops just outside the hotel. Within a short walking distance you will find a newsagency, post office, chemist, supermarket, bottleshop, TAB, banks and ATMs, a variety of restaurants and take aways and a Medical Centre. Boralee Park and Botany Aquatic Centre is only a five minute walk away. |

Room has ensuite, TV with Foxtel, Sky Channel and KENO, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, fresh towels, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and wireless internet access. | Getting There |
The Captain Cook Hotel is located at 1114 Botany Road, Botany. The nearest cross streets are Hale Street (if you're approaching from the South) and Bay Street (if you're approaching from the North). You can take the Eastern Distributor from the Sydney CBD and turn left into Botany Road. If approaching from a Western direction, use the South Western Freeway onto General Holmes Drive and turn right onto Botany Road. The 309 and 310 bus routes run from the Sydney CBD and Eastgardens respectively, and the bus stop is a short walk from the pub. A taxi ride to and from the airport should cost no more than $10, inclusive of the airport tariffs. |

The Captain Cook Hotel is a friendly pub and a great place to socialise, play pool, use the TAB and KENO facilities or have a bite to eat at the Thai restaurant. Westfield Eastgardens is a short bus trip away. Boralee Park and Botany Aquatic Centre is only a five minute walk up the road and the Botany Bay National Park is also only a short stroll from the hotel. |
