Idyllically situated on the sheltered western side of the island, Sunset Resort offers 35 spacious rooms each featuring full kitchen facilities. All rooms are situated either on the beachfront overlooking the lagoon or beside either of the two swimming pools amid lush tropical gardens. The secluded beachfront location provides guests with an unspoilt view of Rarotonga's exotic sunsets. The on-site Anchorage Restaurant is open 7 days for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Avarua township is located only 8 minutes drive where you will find an interesting selection of local art and craft shops, 3 banks, a cinema complex, cafes, bars and supermarkets. The airport and local golf course are situated 5 minutes away, as are a number of the island's best restaurants. This personally managed, privately owned resort has an intimate atmosphere that will make every guest feel welcome and ensure they experience the magic of Rarotonga and its people. |

Therefore we offer a 24hr airport transfer service (airport/resort/airport) for a cost of NZD30.00 per person return. Guests are obliged to use this service if arriving on flights between the hours of 8.00pm and 8.00am to complete correct check in procedures. |
