Grandeur Holiday units are located on the main beach in the fish pen area of Merimbula. Our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units are situated in a quiet, sunny, north facing position. In total there are 8 units, all with either a balcony or patio. We have unique direct access to the main swimming and surf beach, which is only 20m walk from the back yard. All units overlook the large heated swimming pool which also includes a toddler’s pool. Enjoy a relaxing 15 minute stroll to the main shopping centre. Our units are all fully self contained with full kitchens, washing machine and dryer, heating, separate shower and toilet, electric blankets, TVs and DVD players units now have high speed wireless internet access. (charges apply). High chairs and porta cots are available for hire. The deluxe unit also has reverse cycle air-conditioning and dishwasher, and has ensuite to main with large double spa bath. |

Rates are for 2 people. Maximum occupancy is 7. A very large living area, with large balcony, dishwasher, reverse cycle air-conditioning, ensuite and large double spa. Bedding is a queen in main, trio bunk in second room, and single bunks in third room. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 7 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:
