Corinella Country House is in central Victoria on a 220 acre working sheep farm. The spacious Victorian House is recently renovated to include all the modern features you would expect but still has the old fashion comforts such as wood fires and wide veranda. There are four bedrooms, two with ensuites and one other bathroom. All the bathrooms have spas. There are two living rooms and a full kitchen. The house has polished floors and Persian rugs. It is furnished with antiques but the beds are all brand new with feather quilts and quality linen. Breakfast is included in the tariff. It consists of local produce, our own eggs, local bacon, local bread and fruit and jam from the garden. You can cook for yourself at your leisure or we will prepare breakfast. Corinella is surrounded by a beautiful garden with many rare plants. The garden is a feature of the annual Kyneton Daffodil Festival. In the spring it is a mass of flowers. The farm is an old one with stone walls, old barns and old machinery. You can meet the friendly pet sheep and alpacas, pick your own salad and fruit in season and gather your own eggs for breakfast or have all this done for you while you relax. Corinella is a short drive from Malmsbury, Woodend, Hanging Rock, Kyneton and the famous Piper Street, Daylesford and Castlemaine. There are great walks and cycling trips starting at the back gate to the lesser known Turpins Falls and Cascades. **Non smoking inside house** |

| Getting There |
You can catch the train to Kyneton and arrange for us to pick you up. A short drive up the Calder highway from Melbourne or Melbourne airport. Bypass Kyneton and head for Malmsbury. Just before Malmsbury village turn right down the Malmsbury east road and follow it about 3 km to a T-intersection with Kyneton Metcalf Rd. Turn left and keep going about 1km to a dip in the road. At the top of the hill on the other side of the dip you will see Corinella amongst the trees on the left. There is a sign on the white gate. |

| Things To Do |
Corinella is a short drive from Malmsbury with its famous bakery, galleries, Botanic gardens, and historic mill and viaduct. Woodend is worth a visit for shops, brewery and restaurants. Close to Woodend is the iconic Hanging Rock definitely worth the climb to see the view. Kyneton and the famous Piper Street with the famous Annie Smithers and Royal George restaurants as well as many other shops and historic blue stone buildings are worth a visit. Come for the farmers market. It is the 3rd Saturday each month. Daylesford and Castlemaine are 25 minutes away. More history, shopping and eating experiences. There are great walks and cycling trips starting at the back gate to the lesser known Turpins Falls and Cascades. If you just want to relax there is a chair by the fire or on the veranda. |
