All have various views over the City Skyline and Darwin Harbour. Properties are all within a 10 min stroll of the City Mall, close to restaurants and nightclubs, but far enough removed to make any holiday or business trip a pleasant experience. All properties have secure street entrance through lobby, lift access to apartment from or to secure car parking. The entrance hallway leads to a large living area. Central kitchen with granite bench tops and ample cupboards. Stove, hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. All crockery, cutlery & cooking equipment included. Internal dining area that adjoins main lounge, with comfortable chairs, TV, DVD & stereo (some apartments). Living area is fully air-conditioned with split systems and leads out onto the balcony with harbour or city views, outdoor table & chairs & BBQ. Main bedroom has king/queen with walk in robe and ensuite toilet & shower. Second room has queen/double. Third bedroom has two singles & a roll away. Some apartments bedding may be reconfigured to take three couples or up to 6 singles in the three rooms. Second bathroom with shower/bath, hand basins with mirrors & toilet. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. All properties have swimming pool facilities. |
