With just a short easy drive you are in the Dunedin city centre, or you can catch a bus.Easy 10minute drive to new rugby sports stadium. A 15-minute stroll down the beach and you can be part of the ever-growing cafe/restaurant scene at St Clair Beach.

The Adrian Motel has a 4 star Qualmark rating and has been completely refurbished throughout giving all rooms a modern appearance and comfort level. 17 well-appointed, superior studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units which sleep up to 6 persons. Most have full kitchens and all have bathrooms with shower, toilet and vanity.Leather lounge suite or arm chairs and dining tables are in all units.
This is a lovely relaxing motel, with experienced staff ready to help you when planning visits to attractions. Bookings for all attractions can be done for you if you wish when checking in.

We have a large free easily accessible carpark onsite. For the children there is a great playground across the road, a rugby sports ground and of course the beach. An ideal motel for large groups and sports teams. All rooms have 32"LCD Sky TV/DVD player, radio/alarm clock, telephone,iron and ironing board. Wireless internet. Getting There Adrian Motel is located at 101 Queens Drive St Kilda, Dunedin.

Queens Drive is off Anderson Bay Road. If coming from the south, turn right when you come to the end of the motorway. Arriving by car from the North just follow the one-way system and keep in left lane. This goes onto Anderson Bay Road. Continue down here until Queens Drive on right opposite BP petrol station. We are down at the very end. You can get a taxi or shuttle from the airport which takes about 20minutes. There are also taxis from the bus station.
Parking Large carparking area on site that is well lit at night. Very easy to access.
Things To Do Visit the numerous attractions that are situated in historic Dunedin. The Otago Peninsula is viewed by hundreds of people each year with excellent guided tours available so you can see the penguin colonies and albatrosses from the best vantage points. Larnach Castle on the way to the Peninsula is a very good place to visit.

In the city Cadbury World, Speights Brewery, Olveston House, Otago Settlers Museum. The Taieri Railway trip is amazing with spectacular scenery. Very good 18 hole golf courses within easy distance of motel.
