The Adrian Motel is situated in historic Dunedin, New Zealand. In only two minutes you can leave the city behind and be walking along the beautiful St Kilda beach. Walking distance of the beach, sports ground, a fantastic playground and ice-skating rink, the Edgar Centre, Forbury Park, and the Chisholm Park 18 hole golf course. With just a short easy drive you are in the Dunedin city centre, or you can catch a bus. A 15-minute stroll down the beach and you can be part of the ever-growing café/restaurant scene at St Clair Beach. The Adrian Motel has a 3 star plus Qualmark rating and boasts 17 well-appointed, comfortable studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units which sleep up to 6 persons. Most have kitchens and all have bathrooms with shower, toilet and vanity. We have a large easily accessible carpark. For the children there is a great playground across the road, a sports ground and of course the beach. An ideal motel for large groups and sports teams. All rooms have Sky TV, radio/alarm clock, telephone,iron and ironing board. Comfortable Queen, Double or Single beds. |

| Getting There |
Adrian Motel is located at 101 Queens Drive St Kilda, Dunedin. Queens Drive is off Anderson Bay Road. If coming from the south, turn right when you come to the end of the motorway. Arriving by car from the North just follow the one-way system and keep in left lane. This goes onto Anderson Bay Road. Continue down here until Queens Drive on right opposite BP petrol station. We are down at the very end. You can get a taxi or shuttle from the airport which takes about 20minutes. There are also taxis from the bus station. |

| Things To Do |
Visit the numerous attractions that are situated in historic Dunedin. The Otago Peninsula is viewed by hundreds of people each year with excellent guided tours available so you can see the penguin colonies and albatrosses from the best vantage points. Larnach Castle on the way to the Peninsula is a very good place to visit. In the city Cadbury World, Speights Brewry, Olveston House, Otago Settlers Museum. The Taieri Railway trip is amazing with spectaculr scenery. Very good 18 hole golf courses within easy distance of motel. |
